Work with a lender for pre-approval and lock in your budget. If you aren’t already working with a trusted lender I can refer you to some of the best in the area!
2. HOME SEARCH
Outline your non-negotiables and let the home search begin.
3. FIND “THE ONE” & MAKE IT YOURS
Whether you need to tour 1 or 100 properties, together we will find ‘the one’ and then work to craft an offer that is compelling and competitive! If needed, we’ll negotiate, negotiate some more, and continue to negotiate until you are officially under contract!
4. DETAILS & MORE DETAILS
Think the ‘hard part’ is done? Not quite! There are so many details and deadlines to be aware of once under contract and it’s imperative to stay on track. Using my methodical approach and detail-oriented eye you can be sure everything from inspections to walk-throughs and even moving day details are being closely monitored and have a timeline attached. Leave it to me to pay attention to all the particulars and advocate for you the entire way.
